6 Benefits of eating your last meal before sunset.

I am thrilled to share some facts with you all about the benefits we get if we intake our last meal of the day which is dinner in the evening before sunset.

I was so happy and surprised with the results and hence couldn’t resist sharing this with you. It is a slow process but gradually you see the results. I lost 6 kgs in 4 to 5 months, though I was not following this regularly still I get to see them that good result in myself.

The routine I was following was:

1st meal (breakfast) — between 9 to 10 am.

2nd meal (lunch) — by 12.30 or 1 pm.

3rd meal (evening tea/snacks) — 4 to 4.30 pm.

4th meal (dinner) — 6 to 6.30 pm.

Try to avoid carbs consumption in dinner, or decrease the number of carbs. At lunch eat anything you like, even a pizza but make sure you don’t eat anything or any heavy item after dinner till next morning breakfast time.

Let us discuss the benefits of taking the last meal/dinner before the sunset.

1. Helps in weight loss:

By eating dinner early is the best motivation to lose weight and according to experts the best window for eating meals is between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m., and having your last meal early is more likely to help you to consume fewer calories. This happens as you reach the point of satiety earlier, and your body is able to utilize the food more efficiently.

2. Improve the constipation issue:

This practice should improve your chances for a better dump significantly if you are suffering from constipation. If your digestive system is rested properly, this will leads to a much healthier urinary system. This practice would also help people fighting with bombast.

3.Improves mood and energy levels:

By eating your dinner early it gives your body more time to maintain blood sugar levels, which plays a part in making you feel less exhausted and cranky. Besides, eating early gives you more stamina to perform activities before bed.

4. Digestive health improvement:

If you eat food before getting in bed, food is not digested properly as lying down causes many problems like acid reflux, gas, bloating, or abdominal pain. All these difficulties are signs of indigestion, and the more extra gap you leave between dinner and sleep, your digestive system will operate much better.

5. Improves your sleep:

Having a meal imminent to bedtime can disturb your sleep. Your digestive system will be operating while you are asleep, which can affect your REM or deep sleep, causing anxiety or insomnia. Eating late has alike effects on sleep as alcohol causes.

6. Improvement in heart health:

People who eat dinner late are more sensitive to consuming food more. When you eat late, the calories aren’t burned off, and they are converted to triglycerides, a fatty acid that increases the risk of heart attack and stroke. Eating dinner earlier decreases the risk of triglycerides formation.
